Ce sont des exercices pr\u00e9cis qui vous muscleront rapidement sans douleur.\u00a0<\/b><\/p><h3><strong>Muscler vos cuisses<\/strong><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On le sait, quand on danse<\/span><b>, les membres les plus actifs sont les cuisses.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Alors, il est indispensable d\u2019\u00e9chauffer et de pr\u00e9muscler vos cuisses afin de mieux les muscler pendant la danse. Voici quelques exercices qui vous permettront d\u2019\u00e9voluer en ce sens.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour raffermir vos muscles ischio-jambiers, la solution simple et efficace reste les squats. Pieds \u00e9cart\u00e9s \u00e0 largeur d\u2019\u00e9paules, jambes fl\u00e9chies. Faites 20 \u00e0 30 flexions. L\u2019exercice est termin\u00e9.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous pouvez aussi faire un \u00e9tirement ischio-jambiers debout unilat\u00e9ral<\/span><b>. C\u2019est pourquoi<\/span><b> il est conseill\u00e9 de le muscler pour que vos douleurs disparaissent<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Mettez-vous en position de 4 pattes. Tendez une jambe en arri\u00e8re et votre bras oppos\u00e9 simultan\u00e9ment. Votre tronc, votre bras et votre jambe doivent \u00eatre align\u00e9s. Pour garder votre dos droit, contractez vos fesses et votre ventre. Tenez la position durant 20 secondes puis r\u00e9p\u00e9tez cette posture sur l\u2019autre jambe. Faites cette op\u00e9ration 3 fois.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le plus souvent, le mal de dos provient du bas du dos<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voici la solution \u00e0 votre probl\u00e8me : le gainage superman. Il vous fait travailler les muscles paravert\u00e9braux, renforce la zone lombaire et toute la partie basse de votre dos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour la mettre en pratique, il vous faut un coussin. Allongez-vous dessus et tendez vos bras et vos jambes. D\u00e9collez votre ventre et vos jambes tout en contractant vos fessiers. Trouvez un \u00e9quilibre bras, tronc et jambes. Ensuite, op\u00e9rer des battements de jambes et de bras pendant 20 secondes puis rel\u00e2cher. R\u00e9it\u00e9rez cet exercice 3 fois.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3><strong>Muscler vos bras<\/strong><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour avoir des bras muscl\u00e9s, il existe des exercices pour mettre vos bras en condition de danse. Voici nos conseils :\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour le premier exercice, vous devez \u00eatre debout avec les jambes l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9cart\u00e9es. Munissez-vous de deux halt\u00e8res.
