Il existe 3 fessiers : le grand, le petit et le moyen. \u00c0 eux seuls, ils forment les fesses que l\u2019on conna\u00eet. <\/span><b>Ce sont les muscles les plus puissants et volumineux du corps humain.\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u2019autres muscles sont en action comme les <\/span><b>quadriceps<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> qui se situent \u00e0 l\u2019avant de la cuisse. C\u2019est plus de 4 muscles qui sont stimul\u00e9s : le <\/span><b>vaste f\u00e9moral<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, le <\/span><b>vaste lat\u00e9ral<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, le <\/span><b>vaste m\u00e9dial<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, le <\/span><b>vaste interm\u00e9diaire. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u2019ils chauffent autant, c\u2019est parce qu\u2019ils sont l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de la flexion des cuisses sur les hanches et permettent l\u2019extension des jambes sur les cuisses et participent au renforcement musculaire.
