Dans cet article, nous allons explorer ses origines, ses principes, son efficacit\u00e9 pour combattre la timidit\u00e9 et ses bienfaits.\u00a0<\/b><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son origine<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les pr\u00e9misses de la danse th\u00e9rapie remontent \u00e0 des milliers d\u2019ann\u00e9es. Certaines preuves ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9es montrant que le mouvement pouvait influencer la sant\u00e9 mentale et physique. Notamment dans des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s anciennes o\u00f9 les<\/span><b> danses rituelles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9taient associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la <\/span><b>gu\u00e9rison<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> chez les Grecs, les Romains, les Indiens ou encore les peuples autochtones. Par ailleurs, les Egyptiens n\u2019\u00e9taient pas les seuls \u00e0 croire que la danse poussait au r\u00e9tablissement. Pourtant, c\u2019est Marion Chace qui d\u00e9veloppe les bases de la danse th\u00e9rapie contemporaine.
