Voici nos 3 conseils pour que votre s\u00e9ance soit la plus efficace possible.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>\u00c9chauffez-vous correctement<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avant de commencer votre s\u00e9ance d\u2019\u00e9tirements, vous devez tout d\u2019abord \u00e9chauffer votre corps. Vous ne deviendrez pas souple du jour au lendemain, mais \u00e0 force d\u2019entra\u00eenement. C\u2019est la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition des exercices sur chaque muscle qui va leur permettre d\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sollicit\u00e9s et donc de s\u2019allonger jour apr\u00e8s jour.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Allez-y progressivement<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendant votre s\u00e9ance d\u2019\u00e9tirements, <\/span><b>ne forcez pas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sur vos mouvements. Arr\u00eatez juste avant la limite de la douleur. Ne d\u00e9passez pas cette limite, vous risquez de vous <\/span><b>blesser<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Adaptez <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">plut\u00f4t votre pratique selon vos facilit\u00e9s ou vos raideurs sur certains de vos muscles. Placez vos mains \u00e0 plat de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, au niveau de votre poitrine ou de vos \u00e9paules. Poussez ensuite sur vos mains de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que votre haut du corps se soul\u00e8ve.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contr\u00f4lez bien votre respiration tout au long du mouvement. Poussez ensuite sur la pointe de vos pieds de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 d\u00e9coller vos talons le plus possible du sol. Revenez dans la position initiale puis recommencez le mouvement. Pour vos chevilles et vos pieds<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vos <\/span><b>pieds <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sont \u00e0 la base de tous vos mouvements et vos d\u00e9placements en danse. Prenez-en soin en les assouplissant cours apr\u00e8s cours.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour ce faire, mettez-vous en position debout, vos jambes espac\u00e9es de la longueur de vos \u00e9paules. Pliez ensuite votre coude de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que votre main droite se retrouve contre le haut de votre dos.
